Self-Service Office Hours
Our self-service office is open Monday to Friday from 9:00 am to 4:30 pm. This private, dedicated room is equipped with a computer, scanner, fax, and phone to assist you in uploading necessary documents. Please note that this is a self-service office and is not staffed. Available Services Australia portals include Centrelink, Medicare, Australian Taxation Office, My Aged Care, My Health Records, USI, Veteran Affairs, and Child Protection.
Additional services:
As Agents, we can now:
- Accept claim forms and required supporting documents
- Provide face to face support
- Sight and photocopy identity documents, so originals do not need to be mailed for claims
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide assistance, guidance, or referrals as needed
- Assist customers in accessing digital services which includes setting up your MyGov account and linking services to your account
Please note, agents are not departmental staff and cannot:
- Make any payments or decisions about payments
- Review, assess, or vary payments
- Issue electronic banking transfers, basic cards, Medicare cards, or Health Care cards

Australian Taxation Office
The Australian Taxation Office (ATO) is the principal revenue collection agency of the Australian Government. Our role is to effectively manage and shape the tax and superannuation systems that support and fund services for Australians, including:
- collecting revenue
- administering the goods and services tax (GST) on behalf of the Australian states and territories
- administering a range of programs that provide transfers and benefits to the community
- administering the major aspects of Australia’s superannuation system
- being custodian of the Australian Business Register.
Department of Veteran Affairs
The DVA is an Australian Government agency that provides support and information for: veterens and their dependants, Australian Defence Force personnel, widowers, Australian participants in British Nuclear Tests in Australia and member of the Australian Federal Police. The services provided by the DVA include: pensions, compensation, health care, rehabilitation, counselling services, help for servicemen and women returning to civilian life, home care assistance, commemorative and community grants and subsidised loans for housing.
